This Privacy Policy describes how Mobixoft LLC ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the SilenceRemover iOS application ("the App"). SilenceRemover is designed around a simple principle: your media stays on your device.

1. Information We Do Not Collect
SilenceRemover does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or any other personal identifier. We do not access or upload your photos, videos, or audio files to any server. All silence detection and trimming is performed locally on your device using Apple's audio and video frameworks.
2. Media Access
To let you select and process content, the App requests access to:
- Photos Library — only when you tap to import a video or audio file. The App loads the selected item into a temporary working file on your device.
- Files / iCloud Drive — only when you choose a file via the system file picker.
- Microphone — not used.
These permissions are handled by iOS. The App never uploads imported media to any remote server.
3. Anonymous Diagnostic Sign-In
To sync your subscription entitlement across your own devices and to enable remote configuration (e.g. maintenance flags and feature toggles), the App signs in anonymously to Firebase Authentication. This sign-in is fully anonymous: it generates a random device identifier and is not associated with any personal information. You do not need to create an account or enter any credentials.
4. Subscriptions & Purchases
If you choose to subscribe to a paid plan, purchases are processed by Apple's App Store. We use RevenueCat to verify and restore your subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous device identifier and purchase receipts from Apple; it does not receive your name, email, or payment details. 5. Remote Configuration
The App uses Firebase Remote Config to fetch non-personal configuration flags such as the minimum supported app version and feature gates. Requests include standard technical metadata (app version, iOS version, device model) that Firebase uses for service delivery. No personal data is shared.
6. Analytics & Tracking
SilenceRemover does not include third-party advertising SDKs, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not build an advertising profile. We do not use Facebook SDK, Google Analytics for Firebase, AppsFlyer, Branch, or similar trackers. The App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission because it does not track you.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
8. Your Rights
Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing linked to you for us to export, correct, or delete. You can remove all app-generated data at any time by deleting SilenceRemover from your device. Subscription history is managed through your Apple ID in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
9. Third-Party Services Summary
- Apple (App Store, StoreKit) — purchases and receipts.
- Firebase Authentication — anonymous device identifier only.
- Firebase Remote Config — non-personal feature flags.
- RevenueCat — subscription entitlement verification.
10. Data Retention
Temporary working files created during import and processing are stored in the iOS system temporary directory and are cleaned up by iOS when no longer needed. We do not retain any copy of your media.
11. International Users
The App is operated from the United States. By using the App, you acknowledge that any anonymous technical metadata sent to Firebase or RevenueCat may be processed in the United States and other countries where those services operate.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
