This Privacy Policy describes how Mobixoft LLC ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the SilenceRemover iOS application ("the App"). SilenceRemover is designed around a simple principle: your media stays on your device.

✓ We do not upload your audio or video files, except when you explicitly choose to upload a processed video to YouTube.
✓ We do not sell, rent, or share data with advertisers.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
SilenceRemover does not require you to create an account or sign in to detect and trim silence. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or any other personal identifier. All silence detection and trimming is performed locally on your device using Apple's audio and video frameworks. The optional YouTube upload feature is described below.
2. Media Access
To let you select and process content, the App requests access to:
- Photos Library — only when you tap to import a video or audio file. The App loads the selected item into a temporary working file on your device.
- Files / iCloud Drive — only when you choose a file via the system file picker.
- Microphone — not used.
These permissions are handled by iOS. The App never uploads imported media to any remote server unless you explicitly choose the optional YouTube upload feature.
3. Optional YouTube Upload and Google User Data
If you choose Upload to YouTube after processing a video, the App opens Google's sign-in and consent screen and requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload permission. This permission is requested only to upload the processed video you selected to the YouTube channel of the Google account you choose. The App does not request access to your Google profile, email address, contacts, or existing YouTube library.
Google data accessed and used. The App receives OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to authorize an upload. It uses those tokens solely to upload the video you selected, together with the title, description, and visibility setting you provide. It does not read, list, edit, or delete your existing YouTube videos, manage your channel, or use Google user data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or AI/ML model training.
Storage, sharing, and protection. OAuth tokens are stored only in the encrypted iOS Keychain on your device; they are not sent to or stored on Mobixoft servers. The selected video and its upload metadata are sent directly to YouTube over HTTPS only when you initiate the upload. We do not sell, rent, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties. The App sends the resulting YouTube video ID, upload outcome, video size, and title length—not the video, title, description, OAuth tokens, or Google account information—to Mobixoft's telemetry service to diagnose upload reliability.
Retention and deletion. OAuth tokens remain in your device's Keychain only while your YouTube account is connected. Signing out in the App deletes them from the App's Keychain storage; you can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page. Mobixoft does not retain a copy of uploaded videos. Uploaded videos and their YouTube-side retention are controlled by you through YouTube.
The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Subscriptions & Purchases
If you choose to subscribe to a paid plan, purchases are processed by Apple's App Store. We use RevenueCat to verify and restore your subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous device identifier and purchase receipts from Apple; it does not receive your name, email, or payment details. 5. Remote Configuration
The App uses Firebase Remote Config to fetch non-personal configuration flags such as the minimum supported app version and feature gates. Requests include standard technical metadata (app version, iOS version, device model) that Firebase uses for service delivery. No personal data is shared.
6. Analytics & Tracking
SilenceRemover does not include advertising SDKs, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not build an advertising profile. We use Firebase Analytics for aggregated product-usage events, and a Mobixoft telemetry service for anonymous operational events such as processing results and upload reliability. These services receive a random app or installation identifier, app/device/version information, and the event data described above; they do not receive your media files or Google OAuth tokens. In-app telemetry can be disabled in Settings. The App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission because it does not track you for advertising.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
8. Your Rights
Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing linked to you for us to export, correct, or delete. You can remove all app-generated data at any time by deleting SilenceRemover from your device. Subscription history is managed through your Apple ID in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
9. Third-Party Services Summary
- Apple (App Store, StoreKit) — purchases and receipts.
- Firebase Analytics — aggregated product-usage events and an app-instance identifier.
- Firebase Remote Config — non-personal feature flags.
- RevenueCat — subscription entitlement verification.
- Google / YouTube — only when you choose to upload a selected processed video to your own YouTube channel.
10. Data Retention
Temporary working files created during import and processing are stored in the iOS system temporary directory and are cleaned up by iOS when no longer needed. We do not retain any copy of your media.
11. International Users
The App is operated from the United States. By using the App, you acknowledge that any anonymous technical metadata sent to Firebase or RevenueCat may be processed in the United States and other countries where those services operate.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
